Bank transfer
This payment method is available for both companies and individuals. We provide legal entities with the full set of required documents.
How to pay
Before making a transfer, go to your account, select «Bank transfer» and generate an invoice for payment. You can use saved payer details or add new ones. When adding a new legal entity as payer, be sure to verify the details.
Card payment
We accept payments from individuals via Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed through TipTop Pay.
How to pay
To pay by bank card, go to your account and select «Bank cards». After verifying your data, the system will redirect you to the payment page.
You will need to provide:
- card number,
- cardholder name,
- card expiry date,
- three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) — found on the back of the card.
After entering the required data, your bank's page will open for payment confirmation via 3-D Secure. If you don't have a static code set up, you will receive an SMS with the required code on your phone.
If you didn't receive the SMS, contact your bank for help.
Payment may be declined if:
- the card doesn't support online payments (check with your bank),
- insufficient funds on the account,
- error in card details,
- card expiry date has passed (shown on the front of the card).
If you have difficulties paying by bank card, contact the relevant processing center (VISA or MasterCard) for help.
Why card payment is secure
- Secure connection. Payments are processed through the certified gateway TipTop Pay LLP with SSL encryption and 3-D Secure technology, which reduces the risk of unauthorized transactions by verifying the cardholder's identity.
- We don't store your data. Card details are not saved in our system and are transmitted directly to the bank in encrypted form.
- Compliance with international standards. All operations are conducted in accordance with Visa, MasterCard and other payment system security requirements. PCI DSS 3.0 standard is used.
